But it also demands more. Depth of field is shallower, requiring precise focus management and, in many cases, focus stacking to achieve sharpness across the entire subject. Also, to get the same framing as APS-C or Micro 4/3, you usually need to get closer or use longer lenses, which can complicate work in certain field situations.

In macro photography, even the slightest vibration results in a blurry or soft image. Remote shooting or via app: Shooting without touching the camera prevents movement. Focus Bracketing and Focus Stacking

As mentioned, one of the biggest limitations in macro photography is the extremely shallow depth of field we have to work with. Even stopping down to f/11 or f/16, it’s impossible to capture an entire subject without parts of it being out of focus.
